How do I place an order?

How to Order

  1. Add to Cart – Select your product and click Add to Cart.

  2. Proceed to Checkout – Review your items and fill out the order form.

  3. Make Payment – Pay via GCash or Bank Transfer and save your proof of payment.

  4. Confirmation – You will receive an email from our Pharmacist where you can send your proof of payment for confirmation.

  5. Send Requirements – Send your proof of payment and prescription (if required) to mctonpharma@gmail.com or to our pharmacist’s email who contacted you.

  6. Delivery – Our pharmacist will contact you through email to verify your documents and process your order for shipping.

We currently accept GCash and Bank Transfer. A screenshot of the payment is required for verification.

Not all products require a prescription. Items that do will be clearly marked, and you’ll be asked to email a photo of your valid prescription before your order is processed.

You will receive a confirmation email from our pharmacist once your proof of payment and prescription (if required) are verified.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after verification.

You may cancel or modify your order before verification and payment. Once processed, changes may no longer be possible.

Each person’s health condition is different. We strongly recommend consulting your doctor or our licensed pharmacist before combining medications or supplements.

You may check the FDA Verification Portal to confirm product registration using the provided registration number on each product page.
