We’re now in the final month of the third quarter, and Mcton Pharma, Inc. is gearing up for the fourth quarter of 2026. With Q4 just around the corner, the team has officially begun its Strategic Planning Period, a time to plan smarter, aim higher and finish the year stronger together.

Investing in Leadership

As part of this period, team members took part in a leadership training seminar-workshop facilitated by Coach Jay’s Active Mentors Guild. Participants who attended and actively took part in the workshop received a Certificate of Appreciation, recognizing their commitment to growing as leaders and contributing to the success of the company.
