Mcton Pharma, Inc. officially opened its 2026 Midyear Business Review on August 4, 2026, bringing together the teams of Mcton Pharma, Inc. and Xendmed Pharma, Inc. at Easton Farm in Malvar, Batangas. Held from August 4 to 6 under the theme #RisingStrongerTogether2026, the three-day gathering is the company’s opportunity to look back on the first half of the year and set a clear direction for the months ahead.

Opening the Review

The day began with an opening prayer, grounding the team in gratitude before the work began. From there, the program moved into the Business Review Proper, where presenters walked the group through first-half results, key learnings from the field, and the priorities that will shape the second half of 2026.

Four Goals for the Midyear Review

This year’s review is built around four guiding goals:

• Review Performance – an honest look at what the team achieved in the first half of the year and where there is room to improve.
• Align Strategies – making sure every team, district and territory moves in the same direction.

Recognizing Our People

A highlight of Day 1 was the recognition of team members whose dedication and results stood out during the first half of the year. Awardees received their certificates from company leadership, and the team also celebrated colleagues who were newly promoted to District Manager roles, a clear sign of the growth opportunities Mcton Pharma continues to create for its people.

Ending the Day Together

After a full day of presentations and discussions, the team gathered for an evening of fellowship, a chance to relax, reconnect and celebrate together before Day 2 of the review.
